Write a short introduction
Explain in a few sentences why the images are relevant. Indicate location, subject and possible connection to the project without pretending that use has already been agreed.
Build a compelling sequence
Open with a strong overview and then work toward specific perspectives.
Context of area or location.
Main subject clearly central.
Additional photo and video variety.
Details that support a concrete application.
Use professional settings
Allow a collection to continue without an end date if it is permanently relevant. You can only optionally set an expiration date for a temporary pitch or campaign. A password is useful when the link is not yet allowed to be shared widely. A clear action button takes the recipient to the desired next step.
Follow neatly
Send a personal explanation, give the recipient time to look and specifically ask whether additional locations or formats are needed. Keep licensing and delivery centrally arranged.

Can I use one collection for multiple customers?
That is possible, but a selection per customer question is usually more relevant and convincing.
Are collections the same as assignments?
No. A collection presents existing offerings; customization or a new flight requires separate agreements.
Should a collection have an expiration date?
No. A collection may continue to exist indefinitely. An expiration date is only an optional setting for a temporary pitch, campaign or protected customer selection.
