Waardenburg Mill
Polder mill Waardenburg in Waardenburg (Gelderland) is a six-sided ground-sailer that stands close to the Waalbanddijk. The mill stands between allotment gardens and grassland along a dike road and still clearly has its sails.
Background information
Built in 1867 as a polder mill; designated as rijksmonument (no. 30375). Recently raised so that after dike reinforcement it continues to catch sufficient wind.
